About Ron

Ron is a Senior Developer focused on code design and implementation. He’s passionate about taking something that is complicated or difficult, whether a new idea or a problem with an existing project, and figuring out how to make it work in an understandable way that allows for future development.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ron is adept at foreseeing the potential issues or problems with a project and finding ways to mitigate them. He’s also skilled at jumping into unfamiliar territory, quickly getting up to speed and then being able to work with it in useful ways.

Ron is known on the team for providing daily word puzzles that bring out the competitive spirit of every team member. He enjoys playing softball, running, playing video games, following the Cubs, and bird watching. Ron and his wife, Melissa, have a daughter, Zoey, and a son, Ian.
